Sessions & Fees
Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. It’s important that you find someone who you feel comfortable with.
I offer a free initial online session lasting around 30 minutes to discuss what brings you to therapy and to see whether I am the right therapist for you. This is also an opportunity for me to tell you more about how I work and to answer any questions you may have.
If we decide to work together, sessions are one hour and take place weekly at the same time. I ask you to commit to an initial six sessions. At the end of this period, we will review our work so far and discuss whether you would like me to support you further. If we decide to continue, the process will carry on for as long as needed. I offer lower rates for psychotherapy as I am a trainee.

Shepton Mallet
I offer therapy from a comfortable and welcoming room on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet, Somerset, off the A37. The room is on the second floor, with free private parking conveniently available just outside the building.

Online sessions can also be provided and take place using a secure telehealth platform.
As a trainee psychotherapist, I am registered with both UKCP and ACPP and strictly adhere to their professional and ethical standards. I receive ongoing support for all my work and collaborate with a qualified registered supervisor to ensure the effectiveness of my practice. This allows me to consistently reflect upon and improve my work, all the while safeguarding your confidentiality throughout the process.
Bath
I also work at The Practice Rooms in central Bath, easily accessible by bus and train. The rooms are set within a Georgian building and provide a quiet, confidential and welcoming environment for our work together.
